Price and payment

The preorder price is $149. The regular price is $189. Shipping to US addresses is free. We only ship in the US. You pay at checkout through Stripe.

Shipping

We plan to ship on December 1, 2026. If we're going to be late, we'll email you a new date before then, and you can cancel for a full refund. If we're more than 30 days late, we refund you automatically unless you tell us you want to keep waiting.

The first batch is limited. If more orders are paid than the batch holds, the extra orders get a full refund.

Refunds and returns

Cancel any time before your box ships for a full refund. After it arrives, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Email us and we'll send a prepaid shipping label.

Warranty

Silo is refurbished. We wipe, set up, and test every box. If it stops working in the first year, we'll repair or replace it. If we can't, we'll refund you. This doesn't cover damage from drops, water, or opening the box. Your state may give you more rights.

Founder pricing

Silo buyers who opt in to our Logout Cloud launch email get founder pricing: first access, and a lower price than the public launch price. Logout Cloud is a separate product, sold separately.

Software and results

Updates are included. There's no subscription. Search results link to other websites. We don't control those sites or what they say, and the results won't always be complete.

Limits

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is never more than what you paid us. New Jersey law applies. If something goes wrong, email us first. Small claims court is always an option.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll post them here with a new date. The terms on the day you ordered apply to your order.
