Privacy Policy

Your searches

Silo does not send us your searches. We can't see them, and Silo doesn't send us any data about how you use it.

Silo goes online to download updates. When you use it away from home, your phone or laptop may connect to your box through our relay. That connection is encrypted, so we can't read it. We don't keep logs of updates or relay connections.

If your box can't be reached, search.logout.cloud answers from our public search and shows public on the page. Our public search keeps only daily counts of what was searched and clicked. It never saves your internet address, a cookie, or anything that ties a search to you.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, and shipping address. We use them to ship your box, and to contact you about your order. If you tick the founder-pricing box, we email you once when Logout Cloud launches. If you tick the separate news box, we send occasional news until you unsubscribe.
• Payment: Stripe handles it. We never see your card number. Stripe's privacy policy covers your payment details.
• Email signups: if you give us your email on this site, we only use it to tell you about our products. Reply “unsubscribe” any time.

Who we share it with

Only Stripe, to take payment, and the shipping company, to deliver your box. If the law requires it, we give the government the least we legally can, and we tell you if we're allowed to. We never sell or rent your information.

This website

No cookies, no ads, no analytics, no trackers. Like any website host, Cloudflare sees your internet address when you visit. Because we don't track you, “Do Not Track” settings change nothing here.

Keeping and deleting

We keep order records for 7 years because tax law requires it. We keep email signups until you unsubscribe. To see, fix, or delete what we have about you, email [email protected].

The rest

This site and Silo are not meant for children under 13. If we change this policy, we'll post it here with a new date, and email customers about big changes. This policy is from M8 Software LLC, New Jersey, USA. Questions: [email protected].
